The index of Bolinger Bands, the full English name of Bolinger Bands, or BOLL for short, is a very practical technical index designed according to the standard deviation principle in statistics. As long as the method of using it is well mastered, the accuracy rate can be above 70%.
Brin line index gives the interval of upper and lower tracks of an index or fluctuation. It is composed of three sets of track lines, among which the upper and lower lines can be regarded as the pressure line and the support line of the price respectively. At the same time, a moving average between the two lines can be used to judge the trend.
Although the exchange rate fluctuates WITHIN THE fluctuation band of “upper rail” and “lower rail”, the width of this fluctuation band varies with the magnitude of exchange rate fluctuation.
When the fluctuation range of exchange rate increases, the fluctuation band will become wider.
When the exchange rate is stable, the fluctuation band remains unchanged or Narrows.
That is to say, the range of the fluctuation band given by the Brin line is constantly adjusted accordingly with the change of the exchange rate.
