Unissued currency: The People’s Bank of China once printed the 1990 edition of 1 yuan and 2 yuan banknotes. Due to the large number of the fourth edition of RMB issued at that time, and the reason that the third edition of RMB will be discontinued, the unissued currency was recalled by the bank, and only a small amount of money flowed into the market.
The third set of RMB has seven denominations of 1 jiao, 20 jiao, 50 jiao, 1 yuan, 2 yuan, 5 yuan and 10 yuan and nine editions. There are three 1-cent notes and one 2, 5, 1, 2, 5 and 10 yuan.
In 1966 and 1967, the 1 jiao banknote was revised twice, mainly to add a full version of the watermark and adjust the color of the back.
