On February 10, the People’s Bank of China disclosed the first batch of fines for 2023. According to the public announcement of administrative penalties disclosed by the central bank, CITIC Securities and CITIC Capital Securities were fined 13.76 million yuan and 13.88 million yuan respectively, and the relevant responsible persons of the two companies were also fined respectively.
