PBOC: RMB Deposits Increased by 20.1 Trillion Yuan in the First Half of the Year

In the first half of the year, RMB deposits increased by 20.1 trillion yuan, an increase of 1.3 trillion yuan year-on-year.
Among them, household deposits increased by 11.91 trillion yuan, non-financial enterprise deposits increased by 4.96 trillion yuan, fiscal deposits decreased by 12.5 billion yuan, and non-bank financial institution deposits increased by 1.08 trillion yuan.
In June, RMB deposits increased by 3.71 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.12 trillion yuan.
